This study focuses on evaluating the level of employee job satisfaction at Vijay Dairy & Farm Products (P) Ltd, located in Trichy District. The research aims to assess the overall satisfaction levels of employees across various departments within the organization. Job satisfaction is a key factor that contributes to employee performance, organizational commitment, and workplace morale. By conducting this study, insights were gathered through structured questionnaires and interactions with employees. The findings of the study help understand the current state of employee satisfaction and provide valuable inputs to the management for maintaining a positive work environment and improving HR practices. This research serves as a useful tool for the organization to enhance employee engagement and strengthen internal work culture.
