A study on customer satisfaction towards E-banking services with special reference to Trichy district

E-banking services are essential in today's environment for drawing in new clients and keeping hold of existing ones. E-banking services are the new means of doing business in the digital economy, and they make the banking industry more competitive. E-banking is the practice of providing information about a bank and its offerings via a World Wide Web (WWW) home page. Customers may access their accounts, move money between accounts, and use E-channels to apply for loans or make payments thanks to e-banking services. Other names for electronic banking include virtual banking, online banking, web banking, and e-banking. The newest distribution method that retail banks are offering is e-banking through the internet, phone, or other electronic delivery methods, it offered customers a lot of advantages in terms of ease of use and minimal transaction costs. This study aids in determining how satisfied consumers are with online banking services. The usage of e-banking as a practical and effective instrument to add value for customers has been growing quickly in the banking sector. One of the well-liked features that traditional banks provide to their internet customers is faster and more dependable service.
