Nowadays, HR professionals experience a number of issues such as rising competition for skilled people, new expectations from employees, different relationships between employers and staff and the fast advance of HR technology. For this reason, organizations must turn to digital tools. Increasingly, large companies and institutions are switching to Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM), as they are simple to use and cost less than manual systems. In order to understand this trend, a study was carried out with a research design that evaluated how E-HRM affected both organization and employee results. As part of the study, we sent a Google Forms questionnaire by email to 90 HR employees and 39 responses were collected. It was designed to collect information on Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions in regard to E-HRM. Overall, learning what employees think about E-HRM systems is very important. Gaining insight into these attitudes allows organizations to use E-HRM in ways that help everyone in the organization.
