By employing a mixed-methods research design, this paper gathers quantitative data through surveys and qualitative insights from multinational case studies, providing a holistic view of effective HRM strategies in a global context. The findings suggest that culturally adapted, technology-enabled HRM practices significantly enhance employee engagement and retention. This research not only contributes to the existing HRM literature but also offers practical recommendations for HR professionals operating in international markets, aiming to optimize their workforce management strategies for better business performance and employee well-being.
