Human resource utilization process in organizations

Methodology: The secondary data collection approach is used instead of the primary research method in order to saves time and cost. Research limitation: The following study does not focus on a particular sector to analyze the importance and effects of an HR utilization process. Therefore, future study must focus on a particular sector. Originality/Value: The study explores the utilization process of HR in enhancing organizational performance. Linking this topic has created a new study regarding the HR utilization process.
